DINNER RECIPE:
Millburger Hamburger

My husband was excited about how big and delicious these burgers turned out. He likes to use the BBQ because he knows how to use it and does a pretty good job with dinner. I like it because he can help with dinner so I don’t have to do all of it by myself.

Makes: 4 burger patties
Cook Time:

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
¼ cup bread crumbs

Directions:

Lightly scramble one egg in a large mixing bowl then add all the other ingredients except meat and bread crumbs. Mix well. Salt and Pepper to your desired level.

Add bread crumbs in. Work in the meat with your hands until everything is well incorporated.

Divide the meat into fourths and form each quarter into a patty shape. Use a large spoon to create a shallow dimple in the middle so as the patties cook and contract they will end up with a consistent thickness.

Barbeque over direct high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, flip only once and do not press down on the burgers while cooking.
