FROZEN POTATOES: Kickin' Potatoes

DINNER RECIPE:
Kickin’ Potatoes


I love potato casserole! It is so cheesy, warm and delicious which makes it the perfect comfort meal. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled to feed any size family.

Makes: 4 servings
Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 cup cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 cups frozen shredded potatoes
Directions:

In a large bowl mix together the soup, sour cream, cheese, and both peppers. Then carefully fold in the frozen potatoes.

Place the potato mixture in a baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until the cheese in the middle of the baking dish is bubbly.
