I am such a sucker for dipping sauces, of any kind. I whipped this one together one night when the dish called for something more than soy sauce. It was great!

Makes: 2 Servings
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

8 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk in a small bowl.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Double or triple the recipe for use as a marinade.
