Rotating Recipe: CREAMY DIJON COLESLAW

ROTATING RECIPE:
The golden rule in food storage is store what you eat and eat what you store.
These “Rotating Recipes” will help you eat what you store.

CREAMY DIJON COLESLAW
 



Ingredients:

¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle relish
2 cups cole slaw mix

Directions:

Mix the first five ingredients together and then taste the sauce. Add more lemon juice, vinegar, and Dijon if you wish to get a tangier flavor.

Gently mix in the cole slaw mix and then refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
