DINNER RECIPE
French Dip Hot Sandwiches

Makes: 8 servings
Cook Time: 11 hours
Ingredients:

1 envelope mushroom soup mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 can beef broth
12 ounces of beer
1 rump roast, you can get any size, just adjust the seasonings
Hoagie rolls
8 ounces of Monterey Jack cheese shredded, more or less to taste.

Directions:

Mix the first six ingredients together in the bowl of a slow cooker and then add the roast. The liquid should just barely cover the top of the roast.

Turn the slow cooker on to low and allow the meat to cook for 8 to10 hours or until the meat easily pulls apart.

When the meat is done cooking remove it from the liquid and shredded it. Mix the cheese in with the shredded roast.

Place the roast cheese mixture on a buttered roll.

Pour the remaining liquid from the slow cooker into small bowls.

Dip the sandwich in the liquid while eating and enjoy!
