 DINNER RECIPE:
Chicken over Rice

My husband and I both work full time and after a long day the last thing either of us wants to do is cook dinner. That is where cream of chicken soup comes in because it can be used in a crock-pot, served over other ingredients, or simply warmed up in the microwave. It’s nothing fancy but it sure is nice for a quick, tasty, and easy meal.

Serves 4
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:

1 cup Chicken, great use for leftover chicken
1 cup Rice
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
½ cup Milk, more or less depending on desired thickness

Directions:
  1. Cook chicken according to your liking.
  2. Cook rice according to directions.
  3. In a pot combine soup, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir until warm.
  4. Place chicken on top of rice, then cover with soup.
