DINNER RECIPE:
Biscuits and Gravy

This is my husband’s favorite food storage meal. It hits the spot for him every time we have it. Probably because it's so easy to prepare and it’s a fast meal to make; it's perfect for the busy week night. Since every ingredient is a food storage item, I get good rotation.

Serves 4
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups Bisquick
2/3 cups milk
1 package of powdered white gravy mix (like this one)
6 oz. sausage

Directions:

Make the biscuits according to the Bisquick package instructions.

Make gravy according to package directions.

Place sausage in a warm skillet (medium high heat). Brown sausage then add gravy to pan and mix all together.

Let the mixture simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
