DINNER RECIPE:
BBQ Pork Sandwiches

I’m all about the quick and easy dinner. This recipe is both of those things and everyone loves it.

Serves 6
Cook Time: 12 hours 20 minutes, includes slow cooker time
Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
Hamburger buns
1 bag coleslaw mix

Directions:

Season the pork with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Place in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 12 hours.

When the pork is finished cooking, shred the pork with forks.

Add the BBQ sauce to the shredded pork, however much you like.

Place the BBQ pork on the bottom bun, top with the coleslaw mix, then the top bun. Enjoy!
