CANNED POTATOES: Ham and Potatoes

DINNER RECIPE:
Ham and Potatoes


This recipe is more of a cold weather meal. It is hearty and comforting while 
still being easy and family friendly

Serves 4
Cook Time: 4 hours, including slow cooker time
Ingredients:

1 can potatoes, quartered
1 ham steak, cut into bit sized pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
½ tablespoon black pepper
½ teaspoon thyme

Directions:

Layer the potatoes and ham in a slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham and potatoes.
Cook for 3 ½ hours on high, then enjoy!
