PASTA RONI: Mesquite Shrimp with White Cheddar Shells

DINNER RECIPE:
Mesquite Shrimp with White Cheddar Shells


If you haven’t noticed a theme to my recipes yet, it’s quick and easy. Pasta Roni meets both of those requirements and that’s why I love it for an easy week night dinner.

Serves 4
Cook Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes, includes marinating time
Ingredients:
1 packet mesquite marinade
½ pound shrimp, thawed and de-shelled
1 box Pasta Roni white cheddar shells
Directions:
Make up marinade according package instructions. Add shrimp and allow marinating for about one hour.
 
Make the pasta according to box directions.
After the pasta is finished cooking, cook shrimp is a medium hot skillet until pink all over. 
When the shrimp are finished cooking, the sauce for the pasta should be thickened. Serve with corn on the side and enjoy.
