CHICKEN BROTH: Pesto Ranch Chicken

Pesto Ranch Chicken


This recipe comes from Picky Palate’s recipe which can be found here. It was very tasty and so simple. This makes it perfect for a quick week night meal.

Makes: 4 servings
Cook Time: 4 to 5 hours

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons pesto, make your own from Tiffany’s Pesto
1 package Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1 can chicken broth
4 chicken breasts

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the pesto, ranch, and chicken broth until mixed thoroughly.

Salt and pepper the chicken well and then place in the bowl of a slow cooker. Pour the pesto mixture over the chicken.

Cook the chicken on low for 4 to 5 hours.
