DINNER RECIPE:
Creamy Mac N Cheese

My husband likes to have mac n cheese every Sunday, it’s his comfort food. This recipe is the perfect combination of creamy and cheese, just what you need for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Makes: 4 servings
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked pasta
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup evaporated milk
½ cup cream
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups cheese

Directions:

Heat a large pot to medium high and then add the butter and oil.

When the butter is melted and bubbling, add the evaporated milk, cream, and regular milk and then bring the mixture to a simmer. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the spices and cheese and mix until the cheese is melted.

Add the noodles to the pot and stir to fully cover. Or spoon the cheese sauce over your noodles.
