FISH TACO SAUCE
Here are the Items that you will rotate:
  • MAYONNAISE
  • LEMON JUICE
  • CHIPOLTE PEPPERS

Here are some of our favorite recipes that use these ingredients:

I love fish tacos. The taste is so simple that it is perfect everytime. The textures mix perfectly, the crunchy cabbage, the soft fish, and of course, the tangy sauce. I like this sauce because you can control how hot it is. Some days I want to spice things up so it's nice to be in control.
Makes: 4 Servings, enough for 8 tacos
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 heaping tablespoon of chopped cilantro
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chipolte pepper with adobo sauce, add more of less depending on how hot you like it
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Then chill in the refridgerater until ready to use.
To make tasty fish tacos:
On a warm tortilla add a tablespoon of the fish taco sauce, chopped fish, pico de gallo, white cheese, and chopped cabbage.
Enjoy!
