DINNER RECIPE:
Loaded Potato Soup

I decided to call this soup loaded potato soup because it has a little bit of everything in it.
Broccoli, cheese, and bacon all tied together in warm creamy soup. This soup is so hearty it
will keep you full and warm all night long.

Makes: 6 to 8 servings
Cook Time: 8 to 10 hours

Ingredients:

1 can chicken broth
1 can water
½ cup cream
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
6 small baking potatoes, peeled and diced
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 cups sliced cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

Directions:

Mix the first five ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker. Add the broccoli, potatoes and bacon to the bowl, cover, and turn to low.

Allow the soup to cook for 8 to 10 hours or until the potatoes are soft and cooked through.

Pour the mixture into a blender, food processor, or use an emulsion blender to puree the soup.

Add the cheese and milk to the pureed soup, mix well, and then serve hot.
